0333 045 9571 Negative

they called my phone saying card payment declined call 0333 045 9571 like i would i called the bank on number on my card they said block them its a scam

Apparently it is halifax but they would never call so it looks like scam.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Got a SMS message first, stating that a transaction of £0.00 had been attempted from my account. Then a missed call on mobile with a recorded voicemail asking me to get in contact as my "debit card had been misused" a short time ago, then a few mins after I got a call to my landline number also, and also a recorded message!!! Absolute scam!

Had 4 calls tonight, in the last hour and half, between 7pm & 8.30pm.....Didn't answer as we have caller ID, and we don't answer 03330 numbers. Looking at the comments on here, we're glad we didn't answer!

Texed me said it was halifaxbank then phoned me to press amy butto n nd said someone had tried to extract money from my account have had seven calls in24 hours do not answer it is ascam

Automated message claiming to be the Halifax. Got the number through phishing. Also called on mobile and were very convincing. Even when challenged kept up the pretence. We called the Halifax and definitely a scam.

Phishing! Fake card security thing!

pretending to be Halifax bank and claiming they had detected unauthorised transactions on my account and wanting me to press any number on my phone to continue the conversation

Purported to be . Halifax Banking. Claimed someone using my card. My cards are in my wallet in my pocket!!!

This is a fraud operation, they have hacked into your phone through websites and are watching your screen they know details about you and pretend to be your bank, they sound very professional but is a big scam they tried to make orders using my card totalling £3000 be aware
