0333 006 3080 Neutral Who called me from this phone number?

I can't remember the company who he said they were with, mainly because the boy calling was having another conversation when I answered the call & persisted to burst out laughing at something throughout the call! I think it could possibly to do with PPI or something similar. He asked if I had taken a loan & I said no & he asked again, I asked to be taken off the database & he again asked if I "was sure" I hadn't taken out a loan, as though I'm unaware of my own finances... He ignored my request I asked again & he said he could do that but he just wanted to know if I'd had car finances.. etc etc then said he wanted to see how he could help me. I said to take me off the database & I didn't need any help, although if I did I wouldn't believe he wanted to help me seeing as he was having another conversation laughing the whole time. I heard another laugh & put the phone down.

They just called me about insulation or something, I very politely said “oh not thank you, please take me of the database” he insisted in asking me again so I repeated myself then he asked what I’d had done with insulation so I repeated myself again, then I interrupted him and said “ are you going to take me of the database” and he said “I’m just asking you a question”. This is bullying and aggressive behavior, it made me angry but I think it could really upset someone who is feeling vulnerable, it’s a disgusting way to try to make money.
