This number seems to be part of a scam I experienced today, when the fraudsters made a fraudulent transaction on my debit card *and then* called me, pretending to be the Barclays fraud team, asking me to withdraw cash from my account "to keep it safe from scammers" and deposit it tomorrow in a new account. The other scammers' number was 07380 283759.
