Hmm no sound after i said hello. No clue but thinking some kind of scam
Caller sounded Indian. Pretended I had been in contact with a housing authority. I asked him if he was from Wirral Council. He said, yes, but then said he was from the Housing Association to discuss my damp issue. It didn't make sense and his use of English was poor. I haven't reported any damp, so cut the call.
