Claimed to be PayPal checking in with me after a legitimate business issue I recently raised with them. Even though they asked me for no information, it still felt suspicious so I politely ended the call. Afterwards, I received an email from a PayPal email address that didn't have any unusual links. If it's not official, then I can't figure out what the scam is. I'd be inclined to say it's legit but, given the other comments, proceed with caution.

Friendly an professional sounding female person claiming to be calling on behalf of PayPal. Telling that our web-shop has ‘the old’ PayPal check-out system. Wants to help on the spot to change that with instructions… Asked for E-mail confirmation on behalf of PayPal to have our website developer change it if needed. No PayPal E-Mail received, probably trying to have money from web-shops directed to their account… Beware.
