I can also confirm that this is a legitimate phone number for Aviva Insurance. However it is an outgoing number only, and if you call it you will receive a recorded message telling you to call the number found on your documents.

This number called me but I missed it. I am going through a genuine claim with LV for a car incident. Expect it is genuine. Doesn't mean the number wasn't spoofed for those receiving spam/scam calls.

SCAM!! Called says is from LV insurance being very rude !!!!

Call back from LV. Was calling them about insurance renewal and was cut off. This was the number they used to call back - not the main number I called 0330 678 5256.

This is an authentic LV telephone number. I checked with LV direct and the reply was:- “This number is one of ours and is reserved for outbound calling only. The message, when the number is called, states 'If we need to speak to you, we will call again” So not a Scam!

Call from David of LV insurance. Totally a spam call but got through our call screening by leaving name and details etc.

Called about lv insurance and a recovered vehicle, none of which would have anything to do with me.

Asked if I would complete a survey.I refused.
