It's FRAUD. The messages previously left are to try and trick you also. Load of nonsense, trying to get you to call back and then connect to a "Live chat service" via gaining remote access to your PC. DO NOT CALL BACK. Report it to your bank on trusted numbers you have (from an official website or number on back of your card)

After Diligently looking into this I can confirm that THIS IS A SCAM NUMBER!!!!!! They call about a blocked payment and get you to call back and then they will defraud you. IT IS NOT A BANK CALLING YOU. DON NOT CALL THEM BACK JUST HANG UP
