They said they wanted to discuss damp, mould or any cracks in my home. They said they were from the housing council, (doesn’t exist). Became aggressive when I asked them to repeat who they were and why they had my phone number. They could be convincing to someone waiting for a call back on damp or mould issues.

Cold caller. Didn’t answer.
I'm getting lots of calls pretending to be from the housing office and asking about the problem I reported - which of course I haven't. Scam.
