They said they were calling about “housing repairs reported to my housing officer”, as others have reported. Clearly predatory scammers.
Said they were calling from a housing association asking if I needed any repairs. Informed them I was a homeowner and asked where they got my number and they immediately hung up

Called once. Didn't recognise the number so didn't answer. No message left so suspect not legitimate. Have now blocked.
