Claiming to be from the "BT Team" at Total. They hung up when I asked what they wanted. Wish they'd all do that to be fair :)

English call centre, call up asking to speak to the person who manages the BT account. I said "we don't have an account with BT" and they terminated the call without saying another word.

Called asking to speak to a named person saying they spoke to a colleague the day before and had been told that this was the person's name. Argued that they had spoken with saud named person despite the business only having one person in it. They mentioned BT and that BT have launched some help programme for businesses.

Caller asked to speak to a manager by name. said they were calling about the BT account. They Didn't specifically say they are BT but calling in regards to The BT account. They are cold calling though. We are TPS registered and they didn't even bother to check.
