Phone warned that it was a potential fraud call, suggested I block the number, so I did.
Automated system at first I thought it was a lady not a bot , soon as I said what’s my address.. silence then “what’s you home problems you’d like to report” I said I don’t live in one . Ok bye. That’s the third cold call in one day today. Block.

Woman asked about housing repairs. I said I didn’t need any. Sounded eerily like a robot. Called just now. Unsure what the purpose was, hopefully we can find more out soon.

Answered without saying anything and after 2 seconds the call was ended by them.

Housing Repair Team trying to get information about your home re mould/damp/cracks - appeared to be a robot as was a very fixed measured voice and wouldn't answer questions.
