Saying to be e-on and was aggressively rude!

I don't even live in the UK to have any service providers from there. Spam. Fraud. Scam.

Called, asked for a meter reading without introducing themselves. They asked was phone operative a manager and how we want our payments made monthly or quarterly. When queried on details they hung up.

british gas - doubtful

Asked for meter reading with no introduction. Asked where they were calling from, said British Gas. I told them I'm not with BG. They phoned back minutes later and said it was now Scottish Gas! Have now called on repeat 5 times.

When answer strait need meter reading as they are current electric provider. I ask what is my last invoice? Hang the phone 🤯😮

Scam callers , they claim they are British Gas

Repeated calls, stating from British Gas, Eon etc, all within 10 minutes. Needing to speak to the business owner, regarding gas/electric meter readings, very rude, very pushy, consistent calls going on for months.

As soon as I answered he demanded the business owner, no introduction or anything. I could barely hear him the background noise in his call centre was ridiculously loud. Told him I wouldn't tell him anything until he said where he was calling from. Long story short they are trying to sell electric to a company that is on the road with no electric bill!
