The caller i.d. came up as W.J Holder & co. which is a home letting agency. However, it was actually a call from Rent smart Wales replying to an email query that I had made. I don't know why it was identified as Holder's as after contacting Holders they said that they had not called anyone on the morning the call was received by me.

+443000133344 answered half asleep and the woman asked for me by first name and when I asked who she was she said they organise rental property and she'd send a letter out. My phone automatically blocks numbers that might be scam or nuisance calls but didn't block this number.
