I didn't recognise the number, so didn't answer.
I didn't pick up as if it's important they would leave a message. These days no one does.
Sadly they hung up. I always look forward to these scam calls, despite struggling to understand their bad English. One day i will learn how to keep them on the line long enough to find out what the scam is, but I obviously give that tone in my voice that says, "you're wasting your time", and they hang up. :-(
Hung up as could not understand
Scammers
Pretended to be O2 offering a discount, definitely a scam
Only rang once then they hung up. gonna block
They say they are from O2. They sound like they are calling from overseas, possibly india or that region. I have had similar calls recently on other numbers offering a 20% discount. I said, are you called to offer a 20% discount?...the line went dead. Blocked!
Said she was from EE and I heard 40% discount but that’s all I understood so hung up.
I answered within seconds as my phone was right next to me. Nobody there. I have relatives in Cardiff so I called the number, though I don't recognise it. Now engaged constantly. After checking here I'm pleased, for once, to see it's probably a scam call and not bad news about a relative!
Hung up straight away
Called me at 3:39pm today, saying they were from Vodafone and that lots of customers were have call connectivity issues. Dodgy sounding south Asian accent with poor English skills. Mm... Finished off with "our technical team will call you in the next 24hrs to discuss your problem, please help them". Yeah, right!
Didn't answer after seeing the number looked very suss
Answered but the call went dead immediately.
