As it was a Cardiff number I took the call and it was a message stating were two suspicious purchases were just made on my Visa and to either press #1 to approve these payments or speak to their security dept #2. I pressed 2 and a foreign person starting to talk to which I challenged them on what bank they worked for - they immediately hung up.
