Call claiming to be Vodafone, offering me a discount of 40%. I said no thanks and he was talking over me insisting I should take the offer. I asked him to give me some details about me, since he was phoning offering me things. He was unable to due to security apparently. Blocked.

This I one of the random numbers that have been calling me since a data breach a few months ago. You won't be able to call them back. I have blocked them but I am sure they will ring again from another of their numbers. call centre believed to be in India, not the UK. Beware data theft.
