I was called by Keith Turner who claimed to be calling from HM AML Treasury department London. Very difficult to make out the conversation due to the background noise. Subsequently emailed me a Certificate of Incorporation of UK Government Departments HM Treasury, Company Number 09051219. I have found it difficult to verify the information forwarded. I suspect a scam.
