scam going around pretending to be 02

I answered the call, I was driving and couldn't see my phone, no one there, however, when I checked my mobile the number was indentified as Suspected Spam, I've blocked it.

[TLDR] it’s a scam call. I answered the call after they rang twice earlier which I didn’t pick up. The woman had an Indian accent and claimed she is calling from ‘Three mobile promotions department’ and asked if I would like to reduce my phone contract cost by half and said “sounds good doesn’t it?” There was a lot of noise in the background which sounded like a call centre. I asked the lady why does it say you’re calling from Ballymoney Northern Ireland but it sounds like you’re in India and she immediately hung up the call so It’s obviously a scam. I googled the department she said she was calling from and instead a three mobile forum appeared saying that department doesn’t exist and it’s most likely a fraudulent call and wouldn’t be Three mobile as they would only call from an 0333 number. The forum also said to send a free text to 7726 with CALL followed by the number they called with to report it to their fraud team which I did.

Rang for a few seconds and then stopped before I could google the number
