Called today something to do with loft insulation. I told him i would do my own research on loft insulation and not take his word for it that my insulation was not suitable. We have had no issues, obviously he would say that and nobody is spraying my loft with Spray Foam Insulation and devaluing my property.

I asked him if he was promoting Spray Foam Insulation. He replied yes so I told him it makes houses unsaleable and equity release unobtainable. He hung up.
