They told me that there is a leak in our house which was wrong. On asking told me that they are from housing Repair team. I asked his name which he told me was Micheal Andrew and gave his post code as East Ham E6 2HA . He didn’t speak confidently and hung up when I asked him for more details. Surprisingly he didn’t know the full address of my house
