Claimed to be from solar edge and were appointed to carry out testing on my solar system for the warranty, made an appointment and never turned up. One week later same phone call again and denied ever making an appointment previously. Made a second appointment and yet again didn't turn up. Absolute waste of space
Caller claimed to be calling from Solar Edge, when I called back they introduced themselves as Lumera, regarding testing my solar panels as part of there Voltage Testing to maintain the warranty. Claimed to be in my area today, Spoke to my Solar team who stated it would be unlikely they would call. Doubled Checked with Solar Edge definitely not part of their firm. Just a chancer looking to upsell on my existing package.
Something to do with Solar panels ,as I am fed up with related calls re Solar or energy I will not respond and answer not interested
