Indian chap saying he was from British Gas asking to speak to the accounts department as we'd been overcharged. When I asked for a number to call back said there wasn't one! Asked him why the Accounts department couldn't deal with the 'overcharge'. Got shirty when I said he wasn't from British Gas and put the phone down. British Gas phone numbers are 0333
