02393880229 called, and my phone flagged as scam, so I didn't answer. The same number then sent a text message saying "I'll call you back". No information about caller/company in the text. Sounds dodgy.

Answered and they said it wasn’t a sales call, confirmed my name and then asked me about a traffic accident two years ago that I wasn’t even in. Hung up and blocked.

Phone flagged as scam, so I didnt answer. I tried calling back and it was an automated message greeting saying "welcome to energy department". I am pretty sure it is related to OVO customer services in South Africa, selling peoples data as I have spoken to Ovo regularly recently and all thei customer services are based in South Africa.

Called it back to get a recorded voice saying ‘welcome to energy department’ then gets you to press number 1 before repeating itself. Possible just testing active line? Defo not legit anything though
