scam to try to say a payment has been taken and some complicated system of giving the money back - which I have never paid anyway!

I had the same email and when I called the number, someone called 'Lena' answered. She did not answer with the company name (which would be usual). I had a suspicion that this was a fraudulent message. When I told her that I wanted to cancel, she asked me to get into my computer, otherwise she could not cancel my subscription. I told her she was a scammer and she hung up. I have forwarded the note to the spam email at McAfee and I received confirmation that it has been received. I also contacted my bank.

Email with a spam attachment telling me that I have purchased McAfee and that I will be debited £139 and if I did not make this purchase I should call this number…. Spam or fraud, which ever way it is unsolicited and no good.
