Cold called me saying he was from the Wandsworth Energy Authority. There's no such body

Told me that my property had been identified as needing new loft insulation, called himself "mark", sounded ai generated, so I asked him just exactly how he knew about my property, I asked him where my property is located, and seeing as he'd rang my number, i asked him what exactly my name is, he just said "thankyou for your time goodbye", but before he hung up I told him he was nothing but a worthless scammer and to go away in short jerky movement's lol
