Lady calling claiming to be from o2 telling me that they will send me a new sim card in the post and I can keep my old number. When she asked me to confirm my email I told her I didn't need a new sim I was happy with what I have and she told me 'I'm not asking!' Rude! So I hung up - just reading these comments I realised I'm not even on o2.

Indian accent, said she was from O2, offering free upgrade from 4G to "Super 5G". I told them I was with vodafone and they hung up.
