Genuine call from fall alarm monitoring centre, for dependent relative's fall alarm button.

I had a missed call and It was centra . My elderly relative had a fall at 6am and they rang the nominated contact numbers . No one answered straight away so they rang him an ambulance . Then a sibling rang the number bk and went straight to the house Geniune call if elderly relatives have a life line pendant

I have cancer my son works shifts in a high risk industry. At 04.47 my phone rang. I could not reach the phone in time so I checked the number and rang it. A voice mail stated the extension was not in use. I felt threatened and harassed due to time of call.

It turns out that the emergency panic button call centre is called Centra.

It was from a relative’s emergency alert call centre. Three of us had missed calls, but none recognised what it was. Luckily she’s ok.
