Said sim was about to stop working, wanted to send new but needed to confirm details… also sent pin to request access to google account… hung up after i refused to give them access.

They called me, saying my sim car provider was disabling my sim card due to a "bug in their system" and that mine would be useless, but said "worry not as we will send a free replacement within 2-3 business days". When i asked about my provider (who they was etc.) They proceed stumble about listing Vodafone, EE and 3network. None of which was mine. Remember to always ask questions your real service provider would know (Also Im like 90% sure they wouldn't even call, it would be an automated email)
Missed call today from this number 020 4635 0488 I called back, was put through to a recording saying UK Energy 66 I ended call and checked on Company House Gov UK where businesses in UK are usually registered and it is NOT listed there and I blocked the number
