Unknown caller. Didn't catch where she claimed to be from, but these unknown London numbers tend to be scammers. I politely rang off.

Very rude and angry over the phone which is a classic scam technique, very unclear speaking, claimed to be from O2 but deeply unprofessional

Called me claiming to be O2 to tell me my phone will be disabled and they need to send a new sim card. received a call like this yesterday and contacted O2 who confirmed it was not them. Hung up and will be very wary in future!
