Reckoned she was my 'Local Energy Advisor' despite calling from a non local number. Loads of questions about what type of loft insulation do I have. Unable to cope with going off script - ignored my question of "who do you work for" or gave irrelevant answer . Insistent on sending someone round for a "free" loft survey ... and I guess that's when the hard sell kicks in!

Getting a call daily from several numbers starting 020460120 (ending either 23,24 or 25). Says they are the Heat Loss Team and asks if we are the homeowner. Been told we are business line on more than one occasion but still they persist. Only re-registered with TPS 2 weeks ago and getting more spam calls than ever. What a complete waste of time!
