Im Jo your energy adviser for the local area. Are you the home owner? So you're an energy adviser? I was about to say perhaps you can provide me with some as I've just stopped cooking dinner, wiped my hands and answered your unsolicited call. Just ignored me and repeated Are you the home owner? I ignored and repeated So you're an energy adviser.? Whereupon they hung up.

These people are are constantly harassing me, claiming to be "your energy Advisor" I block every new number they contact me on, but still they get through. Is there no way these people can be stopped ? The Telephone Preference Service seems to be a complete flop.
