I think it's a scam. You receive the call, they ask if you admit if you have crashed into another car, there is a silence of 2-3 seconds and then they apologize because it was a mistake. This is very suspicious because of the question asked at the beginning and the seconds of silence. It seems like they want to modify the conversation. And use this against you

I didn't answer this call as I was in a meeting but I typed the number during my meeting online and saw everyone else noted it as spam - glad I didn't pick up!
