Getting this call daily! All hours morning through to evening. Scam guard on my phone asks for voice message but they never leave one. Definitely attempted scam

Constantly getting calls from this number and numbers very similar....scam/spam and very annoying.....
Clearly a scammer trying to get information to scam me. I worry so much about people receiving such calls who are confused and/or elderly as I believe that's what they want. I sometimes pretend to be confused and you can sense their delight. I wish more could be done to protect the vulnerable :-(
