This is the phone number I found through a Google search. The caller was pretending to be from MSC. A woman claimed that I hadn’t paid the full amount for my booking, which I later confirmed was part of a scam. What’s alarming is that these scammers had access to my personal information, including the names of my family members and my email address, which I never shared outside of MSC. They also asked detailed questions about when and how I purchased my ticket. This suggests that my information may have been accessed from within MSC systems. If that’s the case, it could mean there are insiders leaking customer data. Please investigate this urgently and alert other customers.
