I had a message claiming to be I think, Harte Hanks, working on behalf of Booking.com I called back - they say I am calling out of hours and yet I am calling well within their advertised and quoted hours of 8am to 5pm BST, Mon to Friday.

Unknown no to me. Have been gettimg multiple green energy calls late and though I do not know it is another of these, I am not inclined to answer.
