020 3870 1062 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

I dont know if this call is a genuine company who is ripping people off or if it's just a total scam. I have just had a call from them while they've got my car, saying I need over £500 of work doing, brakes need cleaning, antifreeze refilling and oil change, pollen filter needs replacing and wipers need cleaning. I've told them that if my car is passing the MOT then just list any concerns and I will do it myself or get it done with my local garage. He still persavered with altering the bill knocking an odd job off and offered me finance to pay over three months. I've just had new wheels put on it and the garage never mentioned any concerns with my brakes then. I thought the £150+ that I have been charged for the MOT was for simple repair, normally I would pay £50-£60 elsewhere. I won't be using them again after all this. I think they are just ripping people off. He started asking if I'd had my belt replaced, I said yes, you did it in the service you did last year. He said which one? I said the cam belt, it was expensive. He said it could be the other one, the chain. I have no idea what he's talking about but he was trying to add work to be done that he said would keep me safe for the next year. I'll speak to the person who drops my car off later and see what he says but I will be taking it to my local garage if any work is required. This call is actually from servicingstop employee. After your car been collected they will call to inform you of all different extra work your car needs while it doesn’t and charge you huge amount of money. That extra work won’t be even carried out. It is a huge scam by servicingstop. Do not agree to any extra charge and avoid servicingstop at all costs

Service stop calls with extra work needed on vehicle. As it has been collected and no idea of the test carried out payment made on trust. Car returned but when a fault develops the next day. NO REPLY to calls or emails. Follow up chase gives no response. Money taken under false pretence. Be warned.

This number has been used by fraudsters posing as ServicingStop a reputable motorcar servicing centre in the UK. DO NOT USE unless you wish to have your car picked up by a fraud collector for work at the garage somewhere near where you live. Later you receive a call from the garage giving you a quote for additional work requirements and demanding several hundred times more than original cost to service. Have to pay on trust with VISA (Credit/Debit). Car to be returned later that day/evening/next morning/next evening.....does not arrive.
