The caller Victor said he was calling from BT Openreach about my internet connection.As I began to speak to him he hung up. That number is now blocked.

Someone from this number called claiming to be from Openreach and told me my ip address was public and it needed to be private. She asked me to access my computer and that if something wasn’t done we would lose internet. I told her I was dubious and she said she would send me a letter in the next three days. I ended the call.
