No actual experience with the caller as I was warned by my mobile provider as "Likely Spam." I have the option to unblock them but I dont know them and they can stay blocked.

Claiming to be virgin media. They would not verify their credentials asking to update package but required my details! Told them to verify in appropriate manner then I hung up.
