This number has called me twice today. Don't know the number so ignored it. Now blocked it.

Claimed to be my local energy advisor but as my phone is pay and go how would he know where I was? Asked who he wanted to speak to and he just went into his script again. When I insisted he rang off. Blocked now but either him or another one will be back in a day or two on another number with some other story.
