English sounding woman called, telling me the insurance was due for renewal on my Toshiba TV. I have never in my life taken out insurance on any domestic appliance!!! Insurance is a rip-off. Told her so. "Oh, but what if it goes wrong?" she says. "Then I go buy a new one!! TVs are cheap these days. Bye" Hung up with a grin. Blocked the number with my free talktalk number blocking service.
