Call 1st June 2026. Woman with a Northern UK accent. Started asking questions about damp. I let her run for a minute and then I said "do you know what you're doing isn't legal?" (See https://www.gov.uk/marketing-advertising-law/direct-marketing ) We are registered on the Do Not Call Register at the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). I've submitted a complaint to them.

A scammer calling herself "Jackie" phoned. Yes, it was another insulation-scam. Everything she told me was lie, so do not trust her. Be on your guard! Do not answer questions and do not volunteer information. Avoid her like the plague because she will try to scam you of of money.

Started saying he would add to my salary, indian accent. I don't work so I knew it was a scam. Started playing clown music down the phone and then hung up. They rang me back, I ignored. After I ignored they stopped calling.
