This is a genuine call from The Times. I cancelled my subscription and they called to see if I wanted to renew.

I called a help number on the official Times website (https://www.thetimes.co.uk/static/contact-us/) afterwards to check and it appears the call was not a scam. Unfortunately 02033699915 comes up as suspicious on the phone; I rang this number and spoke to a representative to let them know.

Hmm. Contrary to what the other commenters are saying, yes, this is from The Times, but it's legit (unless i've been scammed). My card hadn't gone through (due to lack of funds, not because it had expired), they changed my deal and recharged my card. No details were shared with them.
