rang saying they were from housing solutions and that i'd reported some problems? eerie thing is I was having work done on the house at the time. definitely spam - i blocked them

Didn't answer - they didn't leave a voicemail so assume spam! Looking at the timings here, they seem to spamming people at the same time.
