Claimed to be o2 asking about problems with the network! Ironically we have got some issues which is a coincidence so i could have fallen for it when they started asking for email addresses for 'verification purpose'. I then asked them to answer some of my questions at which point they said they couldn't because of security purposes - I called o2 who said it wasn't one of them!

Got called today. Asked me how my SKY was going. Then started to offer me 40% discount. I told them they'd have my email address so email me the details. Then I hung up.
