Very polite gentleman saying he was from Animal Friends, he was calling about my due pet insurance. Asked all the right questions,had knowledge of which of my pets was due annual insurance,however,when he asked if I would be paying annually or monthly,did seem a bit surprised when I told him it would be neither on this call as it was a cold call, and I was aware of need to be careful. Good recovery,he understood and suggested when I rang back,I did so on the number I would find in my documents —
