Don’t answer it, scam call, once you answer, you will get numerous calls from different numbers claiming from different telecom companies to sell you services, which is all scam.

Rang three times answered and they immediately hung up. Obviously one of those people who have nothing better to do with their lives .

Talking about EE and was insisting on an upgrade, told them that if it was EE then they wouldn’t be ringing until my upgrade is due which is in another 2 months. Let them down politely because I’m not a horrible person. Pretty sure it was a scam.

Didn't answer. From the previous comments it looks like they're testing to see if there's an active user of the number so that they can sell it on to telemarketers. Absolute parasites.

Phone rang for a few seconds only . Immediately afterwards I got another call 028 2130 1938 which also rang for a few seconds.
