Recorded call set up to sound like the woman was trying to have a conversation with you. Absolute rot trying to get you signed up to a scheme. I'm on TPS as well so they are obviously using random diallers.

Claimed to be from a solar panel company. Ask me if I was the owner of the property and when I said yes then the call cut out. Worried it is one of these scams where they record you saying yes and then sign you up to other things.
