Received phone message and phone call stating DVLA Tax Refund. Called DVLA - who confirmed it is a scam, they would never advise via phone message or call. They would always send out a formal letter.

Supposedly 'Three' Network. Told them I don't use Three anymore and got the sassiest "Well alright then". Given the other comment saying they were 'EE' - likely spam callers.
