I use a BT blocker on my phone and it doesn't ring unless the caller identifies himself. This number showed on my missed calls and was therefore an identified call.
Obvious scam call so put phone down and blocked the number
Came up as a possible scam, so didn’t answer it. Will now block it

"Hi I'm Bill your local energy consultant" and down went the phone! Sounded like a recording and the dialing code is definitely not local to mid Wales!
