01970 634137 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

Told me the insurance was due on my tv and they were giving me a reduced rate on it. Don;'t think so - my tv is around 10 yrs old and never been insured. Then the usual hard sell wanting my bank details etc yeah right..... told him (paki gent) to f off..

she wanted me to accept a repair policy for my tv for £5 99 she wanted my sort code i acted daftand said my policeman son said not to divulge and bank details over the phone she said she would reduce the premium tob£3.99 and was getting agitated cos i wouldnt give her my sort code. i said i was 90 yrs old and needed the toilet she had a non. british accent. defo a scam

When I picked up the phone and said 'Hello' the caller hung up. I guessed this was a scam call.

Claimed to be a telecom comparison company. Indian accent.

Called about tv insurance then went onto add any household appliance for £5.99 a month. Confirmed my address wanted to know who l banked with made up a bank then the sort code when l said l couldn't see the numbers he started off with the first 2 digits l said l had no glasses l would get a neighbour handed him over to my husband who told him where to go. Kept him on phone over 10mins in the hope it would prevent him calling someone else. Why can't BT stop these calls l know the scam calls but alot dont its disgusting in this day and age that people are losing money from these despicable people

More foreign scammers looking for business owner. Is it really too much for BT to deal with these time wasting bottom dwellers?

Caller asked for a surname slightly wrong to mine. I asked who was calling and phone call was cut off by non English sounding caller.

Called asking for Business Owner, would not disclose why

The caller asked for my husband by name. He wouldn't tell me what the call was about when I told him my husband was not in. He did not have an English accent.
